"Ding" Darling & Doc Ford's Tarpon Tournament on Sanibel Island
In honor of where the first documented tarpon to be caught using a rod & reel back in 1885.
With a cash prize up to $25,000 dollars and a chance to wear the exclusive pink "tarpon jacket" this tournament is a must for any angler.

Start summer off right with a game of golf! The annual Swing Into Summer Tournament brought to you by The Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce help at the Spring Run Golf Club. You have a chance to enter a foursome or individually to be paired with other golfers.

Watermelon Festival, Fort Myers
Bite into the sweetest treat around! Enter the watermelon speed eating competition, or the seed spitting contest. There is fun for the whole family including crafts, pony rides and live entertainment. This event is held at the Fleamasters Flea market in Fort Myers.

This exhibit features many paintings by JoAnn LaPadula and Sue Pink. This exhibit of beautiful paintings is at the Sidney & Berne Davis art Center in downtown Fort Myers.

Art Walks the Runway, Fort Myers
