We are very happy here. The only issue is that when we moved in the yard needed a big clean up from brush that had been there for a long time. The pool deck was covered in moss which stuck to our feet. There have been issues some that took awhile to get fixed with persistent calls and some that got immediately fixed. Still having issues with a possible leak that they won’t acknowledge. The pool looses 2 in of water a day.

Have always been responsive and attentive.

They do a good job, but sometimes it took too long time for solving problems with the Tennant. But we where happy to have them.

I've worked with Realty Group SW FL for about 15 years. I've been a buyer, seller and landlord using their property management group. They are fair and honest. They will present you with options and share their opinions, based on their strong market knowledge, but never push or oversell.
