We are very happy here. The only issue is that when we moved in the yard needed a big clean up from brush that had been there for a long time. The pool deck was covered in moss which stuck to our feet. There have been issues some that took awhile to get fixed with persistent calls and some that got immediately fixed. Still having issues with a possible leak that they won’t acknowledge. The pool looses 2 in of water a day.

Best property manager in SW Florida! Realty Group of Southwest Florida manages multiple rental properties for us and we couldn’t be happier. The best decision we ever made was handing over the day to day management responsibilities of our rental properties to Mike and his team!
