I appreciate Realty Group's response time in getting back to the tenants with their concerns in a timely manner. I also have not had any problems with any of the tradesmen or technicians that they have sent to address problems on the property. They have all been professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in their respective trade.

My experience with Realty Group of Southwest Florida was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I attempted to rent a house through them in Estero, hoping for a straightforward process with clear communication and respect. Unfortunately, what I encountered was the complete opposite. The broker, who owns the business, exhibited behaviour that was nothing short of appalling. On multiple occasions, she abruptly hung up the phone during our conversations. When I called back, instead of offering an apology or explanation, she laughed dismissively as if my time and interest meant nothing to her. This lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was shocking and deeply disrespectful. Moreover, when I persisted in seeking information about the rental unit, she was evasive and uncooperative. It was as though she had no interest in facilitating the rental process or addressing my legitimate inquiries about the property. Her attitude and demeanor left me with a clear impression that she had no intention of providing adequate service to prospective tenants. Based on my experience, I have decided unequivocally not to rent any property managed by Realty Group of Southwest Florida. It is evident to me that their rentals remain vacant for a reason—the poor treatment and unprofessional conduct exhibited by their representatives. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering Realty Group of Southwest Florida for their housing needs in Estero or elsewhere to proceed with extreme caution. The disrespectful behavior and lack of basic customer service reflect poorly on the company as a whole.
