Realty Group of Southwest Florida, headed by the wonderful and so very courteous Carlina and her helpful staff of Brianna and Angela, is a first rate dependable and terrific organization to use when you are looking to rent in the beautiful Estero Bonita Springs area. This area is filled with shopping choices and fantastic restaurants. Beaches are a short drive and easy to access. You are guaranteed attention for your rental experience and it is so so stress-free to know the office and staff are close by and there for you for any difficulty. You don't always get help with a rented AIRBNB. When things went sideways and we had to reach out to AIRBNB they did not respond sometimes or stated they could not help. Realty Group of SWflorida offers beautiful, well stocked, extremely clean condos and houses that are a pleasure to stay in.

I recently moved out of a 1,400 sq ft condo managed by Realty Group SWFL and was disappointed with how my security deposit was handled. I was charged $550 for cleaning, which I believe is excessive for the condition in which the unit was left. While I expected a standard move-out cleaning, the amount charged was significantly higher than typical market rates for a property of this size. I was also charged for garage door repairs that I strongly dispute. The door functioned the same the day I left as the day I moved in. Additionally, I was charged for light bulbs despite having replaced several at move-in. I contacted management to discuss these concerns. After my initial communication, I did not receive a follow-up response. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this group. Furthermore, tenants carefully should document move-in and move-out conditions and request detailed invoices for any charges deducted from their deposit.

I would highly recommend Michael and his team for any real estate transaction . Mike went over and beyond my expectations to put this deal together . If you are a non-resident of the USA as we are ,he made this transaction seamless . Thank you Michael .

Staff and assistance was exceptional

We are very happy here. The only issue is that when we moved in the yard needed a big clean up from brush that had been there for a long time. The pool deck was covered in moss which stuck to our feet. There have been issues some that took awhile to get fixed with persistent calls and some that got immediately fixed. Still having issues with a possible leak that they won’t acknowledge. The pool looses 2 in of water a day.
